Cylastic Elastic cord for elastic binders
With our elastic cord for elastic binders the Cyklop AXRO binding machine is suitable for bundling various products, like (cut) flowers, bouquets, leeks, profiles, laths of wood, small sized printed matters and numerous semi-manufactured products. Also bundling products for internal transport and temporary storage with elastic cord is a justified and economical method.
Cylastic® is the best and most effective elastic cord for all your automatic equipment. This elastic cord is selected on its quality which is controlled by hi-tech test-equipment.
Cylastic® has the declaration of the Austrian Öko-Tex Standard 100 Product class II which means that the product can be in contact with skin.
For simple binding the elastic is equipped with 1 rubber core. For flowers, vegetables and herbs there is also a version with 3 rubber cores available. This makes sure the products stay together, but don't cut into the product! Standard the rolls are 1 kg, but for more efficiency 3,5 kg rolls (Jumbo) are available. You will enjoy the constant quality Cyklop elastic gives!

AXRO MD 35/60 ELASTIC BINDER
The Cyklop elastic binder MD series is especially designed for longer and heigher products.
The Axro MD 35/60 has the Axro binding techniques, which has for years been used in other Axro models. The Axro MD 35/60 is designed for strapping products with a maximum of 300 mm or 600 mm in depth.

Basic operation
The products are passed along the table surface through the pre-draped elastic cord. The machine switches on: the needle arm pulls the elastic cord behind the bundle into the tying mechanism. The ends of the elastic cord are tied and then cut. A new end of elastic cord returns with the needle to the “up position” completing the cycle. The tied product can be removed.

AXRO FQC-2 Elastic binding for flowers
The AXRO-FQC2 elastic binding machine is equipped with a robust feed-in mechanism, which ensures that the product is properly bound even with a fast binding time. The AXRO-FQC2 is also equipped with a knotter release system (KRS), which controls the release of the knot. The advantage of this is that there is a minimal pull on the (soft) product, so that no damage will occur. The AXRO-FQC2 is a compact and light machine and can function as a standalone machine or in an automatic line.

The elastic binding machine is mounted on a solid, flat aluminium base plate. Easy to use The product is pushed against the elastic. The machine switches on and the needle arm pulls the elastic string behind the bundle in to the tying mechanism. The elastic ends are knotted and cut. The end of the elastic string returns with the needle arm to the “up position“and is ready for a new cycle. Everyone can bundle products quickly and professionally with the AXRO-FQC2!
