Bucket Filler / Complete Filling Line

For every size of flower growing company we offer a bucket filler system which will save you a lot of time!

The basic FH-BFT is completely made of stainless steel and offers a simple timer to get the right amount of water in the bucket. Only when the sensor sees a bucket, it starts filling.

The FH-BTM system is a complete automatic line which needs only the input of empty buckets. The system keeps on filling the buckets on the conveyor belt.

Peony field harvesting

The peony harvesting belt can be constructed up to a length of 14 meters and because of this long length it is ideal for harvesting plots with fixed paths. In combination with a box rotation system, one can speak of a continuous process and the best results are achieved. The FlowerHands 1400 Top Flower Process Line is the machine which any flower grower needs! It is extremely simple to use and guarantees highest productivity & production speed! It is slightly longer then the Compact version, as it has 2 integrated binding positions.
The FH1400 Top is a proven concept with unparallel reliability and output, thanks to continuous innovation, based on more than 40 years of experience. By only using standardized components, maintenance is easy, and repairs are fast and at minimal costs. This gives you a maximum up-time and the lowest cost of ownership.
Standard there are 2 positions behind the cabinet for binders. We advise the use of Cyklop Axro FQC-2 binders for quality bindings at the highest reliability and speed. We can also offer you the highest quality binding elastics for the best performance and the lowest operational costs.

  • 700 mm wide belt with an infeed area of 600 mm (1 or 2 persons)
  • Rugged frame with castor wheels for easy transportation
  • Safety cabinet with all necessary electronics, incl. speed control for both belt and deleafer
  • Big diameter saw of 300 mm; this will do the job also for bigger bouquets
  • Deleafing unit with 3+3,5 brushes up to 30 cm (with the wide cabinet up to 35 cm)
  • Wider Cabinet; For longer flowers a wider cabinet can be made which also includes a special deleafer for 35 cm deleafing. Flowers up to 140 cm can be cut and deleafed!
