軽作業
1人または2人が毎回1本の花を選別機に置いていきます。 彼らはそれぞれの花をチェックして、それをホルダーの上に置きます。 不良または損傷している花はすぐに削除されます。 その結果、良質の花束しか得られません。
選別
すべての花は決めた長さに切られ、葉っぱを落とし、その後重さを図っていきます。 そして重さ設定された各ボックスに運ばれて行きます。 これは完全自動システムです。
結束
. 適量の花が選別機側のボックスに落ちたら、束全体をロボットが拾い、排出側のボックスに運びます。 その後、花束を2カ所結束します
スリービング
花束を今度はロボットが掴まえて右側のボックスに置きます。 それらは取り出され、袋詰めされ、配送のために箱詰めされます。
